How can you politely tell someone off on here?

Especially those that post rude replys that are not answers at all. They post nasty (remarks) questions instead. For instance, someone just replied to a person's question "do I look like a doctor". Others insinuate that the question has another meaning, etc. Wish there was a thumb (as in thumbs up or down) where we could click on those replies from others.... he/she wanted an answer, not a wise quack. Quack, doctor, get it..never mind.

Do these quacks care that they may be hurting people?

Who is to say it isn't the chlorine. Questioners on here should take into account all answers and then do their own supplementary research. Sometimes seemingly off the wall answers are actually spot on.

Is it normal to get winded so easily?

I weigh 160+ pounds and I'm 5' 2" and I'm 13. Whenever I go up a hill or up stairs I feel winded. I feel winded while bike riding too even if it's a really short bike ride. I sometimes even get winded while just walking and especially when I try to jog or run.

9 days without smoking!!!! Help....?

I've been a ten a day smoker for the last 16 yrs and I've been wanting to quit for awhile now so 10 days ago I smoked my last cigarette and haven't touched one since! In my dream, my cat (Joey) ran out the patio door, so I went out to catch him. I brought him back and then my other cat (Sweety) ran out, so I caught him and brought him back and closed the door. Then I saw my other two cat's (Buckaroo and Roary) out there on the patio, so I walked out and got them and brought them back inside. A while later, I realized that Buckaroo and Roary never got out, and that I had actually brought in doubles (cats that looked exactly like them.) I couldn't tell which was which, so I didn't bring any of the cats outside. I looked out the patio door again, and I saw Joey and Sweety's doubles. I didn't bother to bring them in cuz I didn't want it to get more confusing. Then I looked out the patio door again and saw two red parrots on the patio. I thought it was cool cuz we never get parrots. Then I had an idea. I was going to try to teach one of the parrots to say "go f#ck yourself" cuz I thought it would be funny, but when I looked out there again, the parrots were gone, and there were like 15 to 20 ducks out there. I thought I'd try it on a duck, so I opened the glass part of the patio door and left the screen part closed and said "quack, go f#ck yourself, quack." That was a mistake though, cause I didn't notice there was a hole in the screen door and all the ducks ran into my house and went upstairs. Everybody but me was sleeping and all the bedrooms were upstairs, so I went upstairs and tried to guide the ducks back down stairs. While doing this, I heard one of the ducks say "quack, go f#ck yourself. quack" I couldn't guide them back outside because there were so many of them and they were everywhere. Then everybody woke up and started their day, but nobody really noticed the ducks. I herded most of the ducks into my sister's room and closed the door. after a little while, I went to check up on the ducks. I opened the door just a little bit so no ducks could run out and looked in. I saw the oddest thing. The ducks had stacked themselves, into a single stack, one on top of the other, by the door. I wanted to show my mom for some reason, and so I went to get her, and she opened the door wide, not being careful, and the whole stack of ducks fell on top of her. I thought it was funny, and I woke up laughing hysterically. It was such a strange thing to dream. What could it mean?

Okay so we recently moved into my grandmas house(she died in 2006, other people moved in but then moved out so we bought it) and a lot of creepy crap is happening. I have been a skeptic all my life and i have never believed in ghosts until now. Whenever i would watch a monster or ghost movie i would get bored because i knew it was fake(this started when i was 8).I'm 15 now and thinking completely different about the paranormal. From the second i walked in i felt like i was being watched, at first i brushed it off that all those restless nights packing had gone to my head. All the time though the feeling surrounds me. Sometimes its so intense i feel like i'm going to vomit. I see things out of the corner of my eye, like shadows or things in the mirror. Sometimes i will lose things and find then days later in a completely different place. I hears footsteps outside my door and voices as well. My dog, who has never done this before, stares at my bedroom wall when there is nothing there, he growls sometimes to. My cat refuses to come inside my house and has become an outdoor cat. I read something online that said to get a digital recorder and ask questions, so i went out and purchased one and did so. I got nothing so i turned it on and left the room. My mom and sister were out shopping and my dad was outside with a friend so i thought it was a perfect time to get evidence. I thought i wouldn't get anything, but when i reviewed the recording the was this weird humming, and towards the end this loud growl. It really scared me and made me question my own sanity. I'm currently trying to get it on my computer. My dad says he had nothing happen to him but that his sisters and his mom said the house was haunted but i thought he was just messing with me. But now i think different. I feel like asking his sisters about they're experiences but i don't want them to think i'm crazy. I think i should go to the library and search the history about the area and the house. My dad hasn't had anything happen to him, but my mom has. She said she sees shadows of people outside the window, and sometimes her door will fling open. The door is a heavy wooden door that's hard to open as is, so wind in not a way to debunk it. My sister who is 7 refuses sleep alone. She says there are people in her room. Really i want to know what to do, i can barely stand this stuff any longer! It makes me terrified to sleep in my own bed or be in my own room!

Motorcycle trade: tank dent vs fairing damage which is worse.?

I met somebody today who wanted to trade motorcycles with me and I really have something to think about. I have an 08 Ninja 250r with some fairing scratches and cracks on both sides, they have an 09 with a quarter sized dent on the top of the tank from a "tree falling on it." This seems like it is more of a win situation for me, but in your opinion is a tank dent any worse than fairing damage? I just need honest outside opinions because I am at a lose, This may be long, Im not sure yet. This is my first and only marriage. They take family outings and I am not invited, my wife tells me that I cannot come because they are going over to her mothers house and I am not welcome there. Even though that whole statement is off topic, I have a point and it is this, I dont believe the world is going to end, and I don't believe there is a hell as of now, my reasoning being there are already soo many bad things in the world that cannot even compare that it just makes sense, again just my belief. My red eared slider is making a quiet 'quacking' noise...anyone know why or if it's normal?

kay so the other night i was in bed and i looked to the back of my closet and i saw little faces but didnt think much of it so i went to bed again and it felt like someone was laying beside me and touching my leg then i looked up and there was this sand feather like stuff in the air it didnt fall at all but i put my fingers through it it was the weirdest thing i did that for a little while then went to bed kinda thinking it was the adavan i took and if it was a ghost kinda cool, then i felt like someone was sucking on my nipple so i rolled over and ater i saw again so turned on light and sat on my bed a there was two different boys sitting in parts of my room plus the girl in closet but when i looked at them they dissapeared i tried to talk to them and say why are you hear can you talk and stuff like that i told them to leave but they wouldnt go so i got my grandma and she didnt believe me because they wouldnt show them selves to her.. she kept thinking i was crazy and we argued for hours they would do things behind her that i would notice and she couldnt see. or id see the air moving kinda fuzzy.. i was taking a shower and two faces showed up in the shower cutain so i rubbed them away and they came back. i was siitting on couch and the pillows looked like they wear lookin at me and had faces and when id walk around house other things looked like they were moving. my grandma took me to hospital and they let me go. when i got back one of my garabge bags with clothes in it had a face and eyes just looking at me so ignored it and tried to tell them but they didnt know what i was talking about and made me go have a nap i went under the blanket texing and i looked up and it was a face so i quickly flipped it off me. my mom took me later that day to our storage unit and i swear one came along i saw it in the back speaker and when she got out it went in the head part of the seat like little sands or something and it made a really detailed constantly moving picture it went through the air thing in the car and out side where i saw it moving around in the wind then it looked like it got bigger and turned into a grim reeper type thing very large and long but no one eles was around, then we left and it didnt come with us i dont think, ive never had anything like this happen before and its really annoying nobody believes me they think im phyco. my mom took me to the hospital again later and we were in this room and i was crying and looked the chair she was on behind looked like another grim reper type thing and white film started laying out beside it in the air and some bird like fluttering thing was in it but it was on the side so again nobody but me saw. laying in the hospial bed looking at the walls thousands of spirits came flying and me and around even going into my feet and body trying to lay themselves, all different shapes sizes and types. then when i got in the car i looked down at the dark floor and it looked like a hole bunch followed me when the light went on they were gone, i went to bed and turned off light and there was a whole bunch of creatures and spirits and ghosts in there some that didnt seem like they were too nice and my cat even caught something in his mouth and was eating it a it was kinda fluttering and stuff so i grabbed it from him after he bit some of it and went to show my dad and it went invisable, they all think im hillusinating but i know im not this is real and its scary, i just want them to go away there wrecki ng my life please help mee :( i dont know what to do and why they keep following me. even the hospital bed i was on had a material padding and it seemed like it had a face on the corner and likeee ugghhh

Our society uses huge amounts of energy and the demand is growing every year. Nuclear supplies about 20% of the power generated in the USA. Coal and Natural Gas generate about 45% and 23% respectively. Hydroelectric is about 7%, oil 1% All renewable around 3.5%. Personally I would love to see huge increases in wind, solar and geo-thermal . You have to understand however that at best they might supply 30%. Personally, I don't like nukes for 2 reasons. The first, you will have a Fukushima Dai-ichi type event every 20 to 30 years. The second reason is we have no way to process nuclear waste.

So my new Philips TV found my wireless net work SSID on it's own, after moving the router into the living room, however when I go on to the next step in getting the wireless network hooked up it has on a list WEP. W**/*** plus about 4 more like that. I click on just the WEP and try putting in what I thinkn it wants....... So, I've got a Philips mini hi-fi system, I've connected it to my computer via a cable (it's one those cables that splits a stereo 3.5mm plug into right and left channel RCA plugs) and an extension cable. I'm running windows 7, and I've turned the computer and hi-fi system volumes to maximum, but when I play any type of audio on my computer, you can barely hear it through the speakers. Should I quit my high paying, 20 yr career job to take care of my Mom who has Alzheimer's?

My Mom is married to a nice well paid guy she's bossed around her whole life, but he loves her anyway. They've had alot of fun together, she's been the creative energy in their relationship. Now she's regressing and acting like a brat, spending money she doesn't have. He never was the "boss" and he's having trouble controlling her terrible behavior now. She shouldn't be driving anymore but he doesn't have the heart to take away her car..in spite of the fact she will soon be a menace on the road. We've known this fate has been coming for years, her mother, my grandmother, also passed from this horrible disease. It will probably be my fate as well as my two sister's fate as well. I live halfway across the country and have a chronic condition that would keep me from being able to get private health insurance so I need to hang onto my job. BUT my Mom and her husband (not my Dad) are in denial about her condition. She actual found a quack Dr. to tell her she was just fine, though she has no concept of numbers, money and has lost her ability to read in the last couple months. I'm almost 50, my Mom is 68 and her husband is the same age. My youngest sister who stayed closest to home is trying to keep them afloat and currently, she can do this b/c she's married and supported by her husband BUT she would appreciate the help. ok, so there is this crazy old man down the road from me that says he has seen big foot and it's kids in our woods...not believable at all. However...there is something freaky out there...ok, so sometimes there is this loud sound like a big tree is falling. I hear it here and there in our woods. Well, then the other day my sister (who happens to be 26) was walking out to her car and my mom was watching her to "make sure nothing gets her." Well, she stopped in her tracks and mom asks what is wrong. She said that there was something in the woods that looks as big as a horse. She said it doesn't look like anything she's ever seen, but it was too dark to really make it out 100%. Well, I was just outside smoking a cigarette and I heard this sound a few feet into the woods that was extremely loud and it sounded like a duck call or like when you press your tongue against your teeth and push air out of the back of one side...it did the sound twice and I ran inside lit cigarette in hand and closed and locked the door. Knees shaking and barely able to stand I ran upstairs and told my mom about it and she told me about my sister's story of seeing a big animal in the woods. And no...it wasn't a duck. A duck quacks, but a duck call does this loud scratchy noise. It was a noise identical to the sound your mouth makes like I said earlier. Now, I have no clue what it was, but I'm not smoking outside in the dark ever again!!! LOL! But IDK...we have had our neighbors house burglarized before and a couple times burglars were in our neighborhood, so I don't know if it was a person or an animal or what...but why would a person be hiding in my woods making sounds to scare me? LOL! I sound crazy, but I have got to know what this is. Anyone have any idea?

The man I have been dating nearly 3 years has been seeing a " so called therapist" since his wife died in 2007. We started dating near the end of 2008. He has been seeing this "Doctor" within weeks of his wife's death and is still seeing her. She charges a high fee for him to see her; I learned this when she, on learning I was dating her "meal ticket" decided to have me brought in so she could evaluate how much trouble I might be to her control over him. She was anything but nice, glaring at me the whole visit. Asking masked questions, and making assumptions of me when she didn't know a thing about me was very unprofessional not to mention down right stupid on her part. Most of the things I have learned about her are enough to make ones skin crawl. From all I have been able to learn I am sure she is just milking him for his money. I doubt he still ( needs therapy ) as nearly a year ago. He made his last entry in his journals he had kept since he and his wife married. He brought the journal and let me read it. I didn't know how to feel, relieved that he was no longer struggling with her sudden death shortly after being told she was doing great. Or to cry, because he was finally able to let go of the pain and grief of losing her. And then to let me read something so private as his journal about her? He loved his wife dearly, and she was a great person, and a great friend to him as well as to me. But the way he is being "used" by this "so called doctor" makes my blood boil. I don't want to see him used, or tricked by this person. I have nothing to gain that I don't already have, which is his friendship. Or may I do ... not more than two weeks ago, he told me that he loved me enough to marry me, BUT, he fears I will die... something that sounds too much like her mouth not his. He was seeing her the next day and told me he was telling her the "great news." That same weekend; ( he saw her Thursday, ) That Saturday he started out with "I love you" but..." I am afraid you will die before me and I can't go through that again." We are a year apart in age, no one is guaranteed tomorrow. So why let that keep either of us from being happy? This is why I am sure it is this quack doctor speaking through him, putting words in his mouth and fear inside him. More than likely I will out live him, not him me. Going to a chiropractor for shoulder weakness? Is she a quack or legit?

i tend to think that all chiropractors are quacks. I went to 2 within the past year and feel like i wasted tons of money. i should have just gone to an orthopedic doc in the first place and i could have saved myself a lot of time and money. the first chiropractor i went to took x rays and told me that the reason i was having lower back pain was because my spine needed aligned. so i continued to go and there was no change. in fact it got worse. i then went to a different chiro and that helped some but was not getting the results i wanted. when i went to the orthopedic dr they took x rays and an MRI. it sounds to me like you need an MRI so they know exactly what is going on with your muscles. it hink chiropractors can harm your injury even more. you cannot diagnose something just by looking at it. anyway, i found out that i have extreme spinal stenosis... and i would have never of found that out if i continued going to the chiro. an orthopedic dr will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong instead of telling you what they THINK may be wrong. and something like physical therapy may be better for you that being re aligned and so forth. hope i helped =) good luck

It sounds fine. Think of the situation in this manner. If you have a low watt buld and a high watt ballast, your bulb will burn with the required brightness, but will burn out faster due to the higer watt ballast. If you switch the two and go with a low watt ballast, and a high watt bulb, you will still produce light from your high watt bulb, it just may not be as bright as its potential but it will last longer and not burn out as quickly. I woke up not being able to breathe and found out my cat passed away?

I just got back from a family reunion in another state. Before me, my brother, my mom and stepdad left, we had to figure out what to do with one of our cats. She's about 15 years old, and a week before we left, she developed a urinary tract infection (she's had one before), and she became weak. She wouldn't eat or drink unless we pushed it on her, and she had to take medication on her belly for a scab wound that kept reappearing after it dropped off. So with all these problems, we wanted to leave her at a pet hotel or at the animal hospital while we were gone. They wouldn't take her for some reasons, so we left her at home with my aunt. The first few days during our vacation, we got calls that our cat was fine. Then on the fourth night, I had some problems with my allergies and my whole nose was plugged up. This was the only time during our trip that I had real trouble breathing, and I had to breathe through my mouth. The next morning, my mom told me and my brother that our cat had passed away overnight. I know it's silly to think that my breathing problem had anything to do with my cat's passing, but I sometimes think about how people can tell if someone important in their life has passed away. Sooo is it possible that they could be linked? Or am I just linking two things together that don't relate in any way?

Why is this happening to me?

Ever since Monday I've been having some weird things going on...first I started getting tingling in my hands,kinda like vibrations but u knoo..and it spread to my arms and thighs and lips.second it started getting really cold like there was a fan blowing on me continuously but I wasn't by any wind or anything cause I has inside.it's now Friday and it's still going on.nobody knows what it could be and it's not like I Hurt myself that bad.any ideas? it was a shadow like bag and completely empty. it was flowing like there was wind but it was in my room with no fan on and my window wasn't open. i tried to reach up and pull at it then i got out of bed to try and get it. then i realized i was in my room and turned on my light and there was nothing there. if anyone can help me as to why i saw this it would be helpful. i also see shadow people and i believe i have seen hat man multiple times also in my room.

Hello, I was wondering if someone can give me some advice on what to do with my broken transmission?

The vehicle is a 1995 ford ranger with 257,000 miles. Its been in the family for a while. I just got it 2 weeks ago since my sister got a new car so I was next in line. I loved the truck but I knew something was wrong with the transmission because it would shift hard sometimes. When we first got the truck back in 04 the transmission was replaced. The truck then blew a head around 210,000 miles. Me and my brother fixed it for my father. He changed the oil on the motor every 3000 miles since then but he forgot the oil on another crucial part of the truck. Yes, the transmission. He NEVER changed it! a few months ago I checked it and It was DARK brown and had a weird smell to it. We asked our mechanic what to do and he said there was nothing we could do because the transmission was already adjusted to the bad oil and giving it good oil would just make it s*** itself. Therefore we knew it was going to go out. Well a few weeks ago it gave out going up a hill with HIGH wind. I was driving when it went out. When it happened there was no noise. It simply just didnt grab anything.. I pulled over and we got it towed. Its been sitting outside and I need a new car but my father wants to fix it. I tell him theres no value in the truck anymore since the motor has tons of miles and the cost of the transmission would cost more than the actual truck. Anyways, I found it weird how no noise was made when it "broke". I was talking to my cousin about this and he suggested flushing the trans fluid anyway and put in new oil. It doesnt seem like a bad idea and who knows? right? But maybe theres someone out there who can maybe help me out. I hope I gave enough information about the transmission. Thanks for the help!

Does a dog with parvo stay sick for the entire week?

i have a 3 month old dauchsund puppy and i just found out friday april 29th that she sick since my mother watches her while im at work. i brought her to the emergency vet saturday april 30th and they tested her for parvo it came back positive and she was given liquids through an IV i picked her up that following monday at 7 am and brought her to her regular vet the quack wanted to charge a 1000 dollars to treat and i couldnt afford so im treating her from home. shes been acting totally fine. drinking and eating. ive been giving her chicken broth, pedilyte, soft dog food and water. shes been showing no signs of being sick and was wondering if the virus was over? or is she gonna get sick again

I live in canada, i tried antibotics and face topicals, did nothing. I had to wait 4 months to see a dermatologist, he said accutine and ipl, i spent 1000 on the ipl (its kinda like a laser zaps your face), it did nothing, now i have to wait 5 months for a dermatologist to be free. Meanwhile my face is scarring kinda bad, and i'm breaking out constinaly, i can't wait for these quacks to get to me. We see a lot of articles these days about how bad fad diets are and all that, these articles also say if you eat nutritionally, clean, and high fiber and protein you shouldnt be hungry or deprived. I eat every 3 to 4 hours, i eat close 30 grams of fiber a day and eat clean and nutritionally dense foods. I am still HUNGRY, I am even eating 1700 calories a day and i have a desk job so its not super low calories either. What gives? Im listening to all the expert advice and I am still hungry. I am not on a crash diet, I am eating healthy foods like vegetables, beans, lean meats, and fruits. Could something be wrong or is everyone writing the articles a quack? Is hunger on a diet or with weight loss absolutely inevitable?

WHAT COULD THE ISSUE BE?? In my 3 month old infant?

I have a 3 month old infant boy. From day one I did have him on sin advance & tap water( wouldn't poop)then sin advance with the nursery water, then doc changed to sim sensitive (nursery water w/ floride) and Zantac for acid reflux. After 2 months of giving him the Zantac with NO change the doc said he was allergic to the Zantac and changed to Prioliec. Still same issues with his reflux, and started pooping, then watery muscus poop, to not pooping again. I then myself switched him to Enfamil Prosobee was good for a few days (poop and reflux) THEN right back to the same thing! He fights his eating spits it back out @ me, has NEVER slept more than 2hrs @ a time. and acrhes his back pukes across the room! I AM TIRED of these doctors not really checking him out! They only thing they have done was switch his milk (after making them) and then his reflux meds now to Prevacid. He's a NON-STOP screamer (said he has a BAD case of colic! SO, he NEEDS help and the quacks woun't really check him out? I was told to try switching him to alimentaim from similac, or enfamil nuetramigen??? what if it IS a soy, milk, wheat, corn allergy? SOMETHING PEOPLE I NEED HELP!! it hurts to see him go threw this??

1994 nissan altima unkown electric issue?

A while back the 75amp fuse on my nissan blew out. Once replaced the power windows stopped working, the car only locks and when you press unlock there's a click from the powerlock timer but it doesnt unlock. I get a constant power reading from the tail light fuse, rear defrost, and a few others. Theres also a quacking sound coming from the vents when ever I try to change venting area as if the machine is stuck trying to change. I've replaced fuses searched for bad grounds and shorts. kay so the other night i was in bed and i looked to the back of my closet and i saw little faces but didnt think much of it so i went to bed again and it felt like someone was laying beside me and touching my leg then i looked up and there was this sand feather like stuff in the air it didnt fall at all but i put my fingers through it it was the weirdest thing i did that for a little while then went to bed kinda thinking it was the adavan i took and if it was a ghost kinda cool, then i felt like someone was sucking on my nipple so i rolled over and ater i saw again so turned on light and sat on my bed a there was two different boys sitting in parts of my room plus the girl in closet but when i looked at them they dissapeared i tried to talk to them and say why are you hear can you talk and stuff like that i told them to leave but they wouldnt go so i got my grandma and she didnt believe me because they wouldnt show them selves to her.. she kept thinking i was crazy and we argued for hours they would do things behind her that i would notice and she couldnt see. or id see the air moving kinda fuzzy.. i was taking a shower and two faces showed up in the shower cutain so i rubbed them away and they came back. i was siitting on couch and the pillows looked like they wear lookin at me and had faces and when id walk around house other things looked like they were moving. my grandma took me to hospital and they let me go. when i got back one of my garabge bags with clothes in it had a face and eyes just looking at me so ignored it and tried to tell them but they didnt know what i was talking about and made me go have a nap i went under the blanket texing and i looked up and it was a face so i quickly flipped it off me. my mom took me later that day to our storage unit and i swear one came along i saw it in the back speaker and when she got out it went in the head part of the seat like little sands or something and it made a really detailed constantly moving picture it went through the air thing in the car and out side where i saw it moving around in the wind then it looked like it got bigger and turned into a grim reeper type thing very large and long but no one eles was around, then we left and it didnt come with us i dont think, ive never had anything like this happen before and its really annoying nobody believes me they think im phyco. my mom took me to the hospital again later and we were in this room and i was crying and looked the chair she was on behind looked like another grim reper type thing and white film started laying out beside it in the air and some bird like fluttering thing was in it but it was on the side so again nobody but me saw. laying in the hospial bed looking at the walls thousands of spirits came flying and me and around even going into my feet and body trying to lay themselves, all different shapes sizes and types. then when i got in the car i looked down at the dark floor and it looked like a hole bunch followed me when the light went on they were gone, i went to bed and turned off light and there was a whole bunch of creatures and spirits and ghosts in there some that didnt seem like they were too nice and my cat even caught something in his mouth and was eating it a it was kinda fluttering and stuff so i grabbed it from him after he bit some of it and went to show my dad and it went invisable, they all think im hillusinating but i know im not this is real and its scary, i just want them to go away there wrecki ng my life please help mee :( i dont know what to do and why they keep following me

Worried..this never happened to me before?

Ok..i have been spotting for 4 days on and off. Me and the hubby have been trying for over a year. My lmp was May 31st and i usually have a cycle of 30-36 days. Dont know when i ovulated b/c im irregular. I had this same problem, I work in a climate controlled room due to the equipment and used to have a ton of problems with dry eyes. My eye doctor switched me to CIBA visions Air Optix lens(silicon lens), and that helped some. He also determined I had some minor allergies, and started me on Zaditor(over the counter drops you use twice a day). Not sure if this will help but it definately made my eyes a lot happier.

I scared a baby duck away from its nest, will its mother look for it?

I was hiking and walked passed a bush. Heard a rustling, so I investigated it, and a mother duck with babies flew out. One of the babies flew in a different direction, and landed on the pond. He swam across the pond super fast and was quacking franticly. I saw him go under but I didn't see him come up...I think (hope) he made it to the other side. After a few minutes, I saw the mother with her other 2 babies head his direction. Do you think she will find the lost duckling? Is something wrong with my duck?

He's about six months by now. When he walks, he runs into walls and other objects. His quacking sounds weird. And he runs away from me. My other ducks love people. Swollen legs and feet?

My legs, feet and ankles have been swollen for about a month now. I had a pulmonary embolism last January and was hospitalized twice. I went to see my so-called cardiologist one week and a half ago and he acted like it wasn't a big deal -- even acted like he had some sort of personal issues going on. I told him I was getting fevers at night and severe pain from the swelling and that I also am having heart palpitations. He put me on the 24 hour holster; later was told by "oh some ppl have this PVC thing, etc. etc. I will never go back to see him again. He had been very good to me during my illness last year, but he really upset me this time. So I called my pulmonologist who told me to go to the ER, but I was NOT doing that...am not sitting in emergency room for hours. I have no patience. So I went my dr's office (didn't see my PCP) and I had an infection (woman stuff); and she didn't even look at my leg. Two days later, I go see my regular PCP, he does urine, blood work and doppler test, but he puts in order for test on right leg only and it's both legs -- stupid to me. No clot was seen in rt leg? so i called complaining and asking why no test done on left leg. Rec'd call today for me to go to neurologist and I asked the nurse why would I go to a neurologist for swollen legs, ankles, feet, etc and she says it could be some kind of nerve damage. Okay, so now I'm at the point that I am going to sue the cardiologist. Why must I always speak to the nurse and not the doctor? I am going to call my pulmonologist tomorrow because I just don't get what the reasoning is to see a neurologist for my condition. HELP. Has anybody heard or experienced such. Are my doctors quacks? I have diabetes 2 also.

Should I do chiropractic or pursue being a doctor?

Don't give the quack business about chiropractic. They both seem like good jobs and I've researched a ton on both already. The only benefit I see to MD is that it offers more money but I don't care about that because it's not that much higher than chiropractic. What scares me away is trying to do the MCATS for MD. There's no way I would pass that since it's heavy on science. Chiropractic just doesn't have any hurdles like MD. What's a good sound-system set-up for open areas?

I have been with our school orchestra for a while now. We always play in closed areas during our events, and usually, we use 2-3 condenser mics (for the wind instruments), 3 monitor speakers, and sometimes a percussion microphone. This time, we are playing in an open field, so probably, the regular sound equipment we use are not going to be that efficient. My 4 year old boy keeps wetting the bed?

My 4 year old son (just turned 4 in Jan) has been potty trained since he was 3. Recently he has been wetting the bed every night sometimes more then once. We wake him up 2-3 times a night to go potty and he pees and still he wakes up wet. I am pregnant and we are having a little girl due May 23rd. So i didn't know if maybe he is doing this out of anxiety, he used to have an occasional accident here and there but it has never been this bad. We have tried to cut back on his drinks, but he stays thirsty more so around bed time then any other time of the day. Has anyone else had this problem or have any advice, he has been checked by the doctors and they don't see anything wrong with him. I know a person who is 34 and recieving disability. She claims she has arthritis and can not work. She has two kids and she is always out playing soccer with them or going fishing or going mudding. Wisdom tooth clot opens?

Just wondering, I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and everything is healing fine. It has been about 4 days and the sockets were able to clot the first day. However, I just discovered that one of the sockets have opened (probably from eating) so I am going to see my dentist tomorrow. I was just wondering if this is still considered a dry socket or what it would be and what I would need to do other then whatever my dentist says. Also, the wound hasn't started hurting which makes me think that it is still going to be alright...but it is obvious that the hole is there so I was curious...
