How can you politely tell someone off on here?

Especially those that post rude replys that are not answers at all. They post nasty (remarks) questions instead. For instance, someone just replied to a person's question "do I look like a doctor". Others insinuate that the question has another meaning, etc. Wish there was a thumb (as in thumbs up or down) where we could click on those replies from others.... he/she wanted an answer, not a wise quack. Quack, doctor, get it..never mind.
