I've been a ten a day smoker for the last 16 yrs and I've been wanting to quit for awhile now so 10 days ago I smoked my last cigarette and haven't touched one since! Today is the 1st time I've found it tough regarding to cravings! I've 4 small kid aged between 5-12 and I used to find smoking relaxing, now I feel wound up and as if I need one! I am no way planning to give in but have any of u words of advice or tips make things easier! I feel I can breathe better in last few days there is no 'smell' off me and I've more money lol!!
