Which epilator should I buy?

Hi, I'm a guy who epilate his legs, I have a tweezer BRAUN epilator which can't pluck my hairs and only hurts but the hairs are not removed with its root. So I decided to buy something with ceramic discs, I think PHILIPS, but I can't decide which model, please some of you who had the same problem and switched from BRAUN to PHILIPS to recommend me an epilator to epilate my legs and i also want my arms. I want only people who the epilator with tweezers didn't work and they bought PHILIPS to recommend me :)
