Theres nothing in my eye but it feels like there is and it keeps watering?

so i was outside and the wind was blowing in my eye and i got something in my left eye... i eventually got it out but it still feels like something is in there and it hurts sooo bad and wen i tried flushing it out, it hurt my eye even more and its all read around my eye to..what is this?
