Whats wrong with my butt?

Everyday i feel this strange sensation in my butthole .. like theres a bubble trapped inside. No matter what i do the bubble always seems to escape and lets out a noise like a duck quacking. Is something wrong with me? Why does it smell so bad? I'v been to the doctors but they said im fine. Am i dying? One website said it was my soul trying to escape. HELP!!!!
