Why is this happening to me?

Ever since Monday I've been having some weird things going on...first I started getting tingling in my hands,kinda like vibrations but u knoo..and it spread to my arms and thighs and lips.second it started getting really cold like there was a fan blowing on me continuously but I wasn't by any wind or anything cause I has inside.it's now Friday and it's still going on.nobody knows what it could be and it's not like I Hurt myself that bad.any ideas? It's really weird I want it to go away! :/
