How do i get ducks out of my pool?

there are two ducks, a male and female that have found my pool in my yard, and they will not leave. i understand they feel protected and safe, but i can no longer take my dogs out in the yard. i tried to shoo them away, but they quack at me in their defense. anyone know how to help me rid of these quacking birds?
