Need help studying the mirage of a city in Xin'an river china?

i just saw the mirage city in china a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VTy99lzP2E)" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VTy99lzP…/a and at some point of the video, you can the neon lights from an urban city. so i started studying the case to see what the mirage really is. now, i am no expert at these kind of things so i need some help. first of all, can neon lights really appear in a mirage? you can also see that the trees-which are also mirages-sway in the wind very naturally, is this possible? and the last question that can help me alot is, if you see any presence of a human in the footage, can it be possible for it to be a parallel dimension?
