What program can I use to edit and manage my music on my mp3?

Okay so I have an mp3. Its a PHILIPS Go gear. And way, my music needs to be edited (like the name of the songs, and the artists and albums cause its all wrong) so I need a program that will let me do that AND sync my mp3 as well. There was the program that came my MP3 but I find that it doesn't work to my needs.
