What is causing the info screen to pop up on my tv?

I have dish satellite and the info screen that tells you what the show is about keeps popping up on my tv. I have switched out every piece of equipment from dish, the box the cables and outside dish and remote and this stills happens. Its not the dish equipment because this doesn't happen when I plug in a different tv to this equipment. The tv is a philips lcd model # 52PFL7704D/F7
